Applications and Technical Specifications

Crushed aerated concrete aggregate (aerated concrete gravel) is used:

• as fill for floor screeds and for screeds over basement ceilings;
• for slope-forming fill on flat roofs (a particular advantage, as the rough surface of the gravel prevents the fill from sliding down the slope);
• for filling drainage structures, etc.

Crushed aerated concrete aggregate (aerated concrete gravel) has the same properties as autoclaved aerated concrete:

•  low thermal conductivity, which reduces heat loss and improves the energy efficiency of the building;
• environmentally safe;
• non-combustible;
• vapor-permeable;
• a durable building material

Technical Specifications:

• Particle size distribution: 0–80 mm;
• Bulk density (determined in dry condition): D400;
• Moisture content at delivery: approximately 35%
