Application Process
Substrate Preparation
Substrate preparation is carried out in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 3.04.01‐87 and DBN V.2.6‐22‐2001. The surface must be dry, solid, even, with low and uniform water absorption, and free of damage. Before applying the dry mix, the surface must be cleaned of dust, oil stains, and other substances that reduce adhesion.
Mortar Preparation
Pour the required amount of water into a clean container (at a rate of 0.16–0.22 L per 1 kg of dry mix), gradually add the dry mix and stir with a drill and paddle attachment or manually until a homogeneous lump-free consistency is achieved. Allow the mortar mix to stand for approximately 5 minutes, then mix again. The water ratio is determined experimentally depending on the intended use of the mortar and atmospheric conditions. Recommended layer thickness: 10–30 mm.
Application
The prepared mortar mix is used as needed for general construction work. If work is interrupted for more than 60 minutes, tools must be cleaned of mortar mix and rinsed with water. The setting time of the mix depends on the nature of the substrate, temperature, and relative air humidity, and is a minimum of 24 hours. Hardened mortar can only be removed mechanically.
Recommendations
Work must be carried out in accordance with DSTU-N B A.3.1-23:2013 and DSTU-N B V.2.6-212:2016 at air temperatures between +5°C and +30°C. The most effective results are achieved at +20°C and 60% relative humidity. Under other conditions, the working parameters of the mix may change. The manufacturer bears no responsibility for incorrect use of the material, or for its use under conditions or for purposes not provided for in this technical description.
