White adhesion silicone primer. Contains no organic solvents. For interior and exterior use, contains pure quartz. Used as an adhesion coating prior to the subsequent application of silicone dispersion plasters and paints, preparation of protective reinforcing layers of thermal insulation systems, including those made of mineral wool, winter preservation of facades, and also as an independent decorative coating for interior use. Can be used as a standalone decorative coating. Suitable for priming cement plasters, brick, concrete, as well as gypsum substrates, fiberboard, particleboard, QSB and OSB, gypsum board, and plywood for interior use.
Styrene-acrylic dispersion, titanium dioxide, quartz, preservative, functional additives, water. According to the Technical Regulations of Ukraine on limiting VOC emissions, for this product (subcategory A/h): 30 g/l (from 2024); this product contains < 30 g/l VOC.
Substrate preparation is carried out in accordance with DSTU-N B V.2.6-212:2016 and DSTU-N B A.3.1-23:2013. The surface must be solid, dry, and clean. Cement plasters must be cured for a minimum of 28 days, and protective reinforcing layers of thermal insulation systems — for a minimum of 7 days. Substrate moisture content must not exceed 4%, and for gypsum substrates — 1%. Remove old coatings and efflorescence thoroughly. Open up cracks and fill them. Crumbling and highly absorbent substrates should be additionally treated with a deep-penetrating primer of the UDK brand. Areas affected by fungi must be cleaned and treated with an antiseptic solution according to the instructions.
Stir the primer thoroughly before use. Apply with a brush or roller. Do not dilute with water. During application, stir the material occasionally to prevent the filler from settling.
Work should be carried out at a surface temperature between +5°C and +30°C and a relative air humidity below 80%.
200–250 ml/m², depending on the substrate. The exact coverage rate is determined by a test application on site.
8–10 hours at a substrate temperature of +20°C and relative air humidity of 60%. Under other conditions, drying times may vary; at lower temperatures and higher humidity, the time will increase.
Tinted using Meffert SELECT tinting equipment. When applying colored plasters, it is recommended to tint the primer to the same color.
Store in a tightly sealed container in a cool place, at a temperature between +5°C and +30°C; protect the container from direct sunlight. Guaranteed shelf life in a hermetically sealed factory packaging: 24 months. Manufacturing date and batch number are indicated on the packaging.
Keep out of reach of children. If the product gets into eyes or onto skin, immediately rinse thoroughly with clean water. Do not pour the product into drains, water bodies, or onto the ground.
Avoid release into the environment. Dispose of contents or packaging in accordance with national legislation.
